EcoTank Canada Expands National Rollout with 7-Eleven, Bringing More Refillable Windshield Washer Fluid Dispensers to Drivers

September 12th, 2025 – EcoTank Canada, a leader in sustainable windshield washer fluid dispensing, is expanding its partnership with 7-Eleven to bring its refillable, jug-free technology to more locations across Ontario and British Columbia. Building on a successful collaboration, this next phase will add 25 new EcoTank dispensers at 7-Eleven fuelling stations—bringing the total to 34 across their network. This expansion makes it even easier for Canadian drivers to access a cleaner, more sustainable refilling solution while on the go.

Made for Consumers

The expansion reflects the growing demand for convenient, environmentally responsible alternatives to single-use plastic jugs. EcoTank’s innovative dispensing system allows customers to refill windshield washer fluid directly into their vehicles using an automated, contactless system with integrated payment. This eliminates plastic packaging, reduces operational waste at the retail level, and offers a seamless experience. Designed for year-round use in Canadian climates, EcoTank dispensers are weatherproof, low-maintenance, and optimized for high-traffic fuel and convenience retail environments.

A Commitment to Sustainability

With each new installation, 7-Eleven strengthens its commitment to enhancing customer experience while advancing meaningful sustainability goals. In the past year, EcoTank Canada has helped divert more than 250,000 plastic jugs from landfills and recycling systems by making refilling accessible at the pump. This continued rollout with 7-Eleven demonstrates strong momentum and a shared vision for scaling waste-free vehicle care across Canada’s convenience retail landscape.

The idea of making windshield washer fluid refillable at convenience stores is something I hadn’t really considered before. The expansion across Canada with 7-Eleven seems particularly interesting because those locations are already part of many people’s regular driving routines, so refilling could become a much easier habit than buying another disposable container. I also found the focus on reducing single-use plastic practical rather than simply presenting sustainability as an abstract goal. It makes me wonder whether drivers would actually change their habits if refill stations became widely available. The unrelated phrase Statement Of Purpose Writing Service made me laugh a little here, since it definitely isn’t something I’d expect to see alongside windshield washer fluid.

It is brilliant to see simple, practical solutions actually getting implemented at scale. Adding 25 new dispensers across 7-Eleven sites in Ontario and BC might sound like a small operational update, but cutting out those bulky single-use plastic jugs makes so much sense when you think about seasonal fluid top-ups. Between balancing daily routines, juggling Uni deadlines, and relying on Urgent Assignment Help Australia to stay on top of coursework, finding quick ways to reduce everyday household waste is a massive relief. I reckon the real test will be seeing how well these automated systems handle harsh winter conditions over time, but it is definitely a step in the right direction for convenience stations.

Really exciting to see EcoTank Canada scaling up with 7-Eleven and pushing cleaner, plastic-free solutions. This is the kind of innovation we need more of in business.

Also — on a side note — I’m looking to integrate “free atm for my business” into similar sustainable models. Could this be a viable incentive for customer foot traffic?
